Prague Marina Nova Lobbies I 300 sqm

The project comprises 6 commercial units
and 151 apartments, with 5 reception areas,
which share a similar style while having varying
scales and proportions.
The design of the common areas reflects
a deep respect for the neighbourhood’s
simple architectural heritage and its cultural
significance. Incorporating warm brass accents,
glass bubble lighting fixtures, and a blend of
traditional craftsmanship with modern elements,
the lobbies offer a welcoming and balanced
ambiance feeling.
Providing a connection between the past and
the present visitors and residents are
encouraged to explore the layers of history
within Prague Marina Nova, where the essence
of the city’s architectural and cultural identity is
preserved and celebrated through design
and space.

Penthouse 5101| 250 sqm

Hovering above the Holešovice historic docks
and its original Art Nouveau buildings,
penthouse 5101 is laid out on a single level and
spans the entire 10th floor of a residential
complex echoing the contrast between the
slowly rusting boats and the modern luxury
development.
An open 18-meter-long living
area creates a sense of airiness reflecting the
outdoor landscape through the soaring terrace.
Natural light fills the space via a 315 cm high
sliding-window facade system spanning the
entire river front exposure, addressing the
creative and innovative lifestyle of the
neighborhood.
Scattered Magnolia trees and seating rocks
amplify the riverbanks’ greenery while
generating a lush ambiance inside.

Penthouse 281 | 210 Sqm

Embodying the neighborhood energy and
river spirit, the design idea is rooted in its
locality, addressing its rich history and its
ever-present nature.
The initial vision was to create the most pleasant,
spacious and light-filled space from which to
experience the incredible site.
A generous four-meter-high entrance space
creates a warm and welcoming feeling,
enhanced by a long linear skylight filling
it with natural light while casting shadows
onto the walls.
Made from a specialized frameless glass facade
system with a four-meter-wide motorized
sliding window, the living room’s fully glazed
river-facing facade opens to a wide terrace
marrying the exterior’s poetical nature with
the modern interior.

Sky-High Apartment | 200 Sqm

Perched on the 43rd floor of a new residential
towerat the heart of the white city, the open
space allows natural sunlight to fill the room
and provide a magnificent panoramic view of
the Mediterranean sea.

Marina Island I 2400 sqm

Newly constructed 6 penthouses overlooking
Prague’s ancient harbor and the old town.
With its island location and immediately
bordered by water on three sides, the project
aims to give the inhabitants a unique experience
combining the qualities and advantages
of a boat house with city high rise dwellings.

A 19th century building located
in the very heart of Prague’s
historical center.
To maintain the unique character of the
apartment within the fabric of the city,
traditional craftsmanship preserves the
poetical historical details, while the newest
technological advances in design enable
contemporary architecture and address
the needs of today.

Family house I 353 sqm

Los Angeles, USA


[completed 2016]

Built in 1921 and designed by the famous
architect H. Roy Kelley, the house is situated
on a 1326 sqm park-like property, tucked
away into a quiet corner in the heart of the city.
Facing views of towering redwood trees
rising in the private garden, seemingly
lost-in-time, the essence of the house is to
preserve the historical design features while
filling it with the current owners’ character,
wishes and charm.
